Do you need to come to my home to determine its value?

No, we can provide you a custom home valuation estimate completely online. It does help if we can speak live to gather some of the additional details of your home that would effect its value (condition, renovations, view) to allow us to further zero in on the current market value. If we do hit it off and you are considering selling in the near term- it would then be beneficial for us to see your home in person.

Great! This is a great starting point for us to base our valuation off of but even one floor higher or lower in the same building can be worth anywhere from $10,000 to $250,000 more. Renovations and of course an extra set of windows or closets all add incremental value as well. There are countless factors that can add or subtract to your homes value.
