Todd Vitolo

Principal

Todd C. Vitolo is a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker and has been at The Corcoran Group for 14 years. In his prior life, he was a Commercial Litigation Attorney in NYC. He graduated from George Washington University in Washington, DC and New York Law School.

Todd is equal parts analytical and artist and thrives most on overcoming challenges. He has lived in Tribeca for over 22 years and wakes up every morning feeling lucky to be able to do something he loves for a living.

Todd is one of a handful of the 1200 Corcoran agents that is also licensed with Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group to represent their portfolio developer clients. Over the past several years alone Todd has headed sales for several new developments with sellouts totalling more than $250 Million dollars.

Important Fact: If i wasn’t selling real estate I would open a pizzeria or maybe live on a farm with lots and lots of dogs.

Which building would I live in if I could choose one?: 56 Leonard Street or gut renovate some small under the radar Pre War loft building with a lot of windows and high ceilings.
Giving Back: On the fundraising committees for the Stephen Hassenfeld Pediatric Cancer Center at NYU and Poly Prep Country Day School.

Susanne Columbia

Principal

Co Founder, Susanne V. Columbia is a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker and has been at the Corcoran Group for 15 years.

For some, real estate is learned but for Susanne she has a natural instinct for real estate. This is evidenced by the fact she has been ranked among the top 1% of Corcoran agents every single year since she started.

Part hand holder, and part expressive Susanne has forged many strong relationships with both other real estate brokers and with her loyal repeat client base. For Susanne, giving clients personal attention and truly understanding their needs is the foundation to her long and successful track record.

Happily married to a composer/playwright, Susanne and her husband are contented TriBeCa residents who’ve lived in many Downtown enclaves over the years. She currently is restoring a farmhouse in Washington CT to enjoy in her downtime.

Downtime: I love to work in my garden at my Connecticut country house.
Which building would I live in if I could choose one? I would find an old parlor floor in a townhouse with high ceilings, large windows, wood burning fireplace and original architectural details.

Giving Back: I am starting an organization of my own, which will consist of donating directly to those in need vs. going through a third party company.
