Currently living in Tribeca, his home for over 22 years, this native New Yorker continues to be motivated by a deep interest in the real estate market and an intense fondness for the diversity of the city. A graduate of George Washington University, Todd earned a BA degree in Political Science then received his law degree from New York Law School.
Zac is a native New Yorker and an industry veteran who has never done anything but real estate. His parents bought and sold real estate in Westchester since he was young, and in high school, he worked as a construction manager on those properties. While attending Arizona State University, Zac not only pursued a degree in Urban Planning/Development and Business; he spent 40 hours a week selling commercial properties as well.
Right after college, Zac headed back to New York and worked for one of the top brokerage firms. Specializing in the Brooklyn and Manhattan markets, Zac is a seasoned pro who knows which locations are hot before they become hot, which neighborhoods are overextended, and where the deals are. This coupled with the extensive resources available to him at Corcoran give him the ability to advise clients better than any other agent.
Zac has always been someone who gets the job done, whether it be working on a board package, negotiating a deal, or following up on the many details that get clients to the closing table. As a property owner himself, he personally relates to the emotions and financial implications that real estate investing involves.

Originally from Latvia, Linda moved to the States on a full scholarship to play college tennis and earned her degree in International Business at the University of Nevada in Las Vegas. She was a top 10 tennis player in her native country, and competed at the Division 1 level in college. Linda moved to New York in 2008, subsequently working in pharmaceutical sales and sports marketing.
Her vibrant personality, business drive and creative thinking are among the qualities which have made her a success in real estate.
Accustomed to working with a diverse clientele of Americans, Chinese and Europeans, Linda is fluent in Latvian, Russian and English, plus has a strong understanding of Spanish, French and German which she studied for many years. She has traveled the world extensively, and continues to do so when time allows. Linda currently lives on Manhattan’s Upper East Side and previously on the Upper West, but works with clients wherever they seek their next dream home. For fun she still enjoys playing tennis, dining out, visiting museums, and exploring the streets of NYC with her dog at her side.

Sean began his career in real estate as a licensed salesperson in New Jersey. He worked as a referral agent in the Bayhead area before setting his sights on the prime New York City market. Originally from the Rumson, NJ area, Sean holds an Acting degree from NYU Tisch School of the Arts. He was in the entertainment business for many years as an actor on TV, in film,commercials and voice-overs, as well as a private acting coach. In 2003, Sean began
working in sales with Mercedes Benz and excelled as a Master Certified Sales Consultant. He lives in Long Island City with his two big Labrador Retrievers in an apartment that’s large enough for all!
Sean is an avid hiker and snowboarder. He also enjoys playing tennis and biking around the city.
