Todd C. Vitolo has been a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker for 15 years and member of the exclusive Compass Sports and Entertainment Division. In his prior life, he was a Commercial Litigation Attorney in NYC. He graduated from George Washington University in Washington, DC and New York Law School. Todd is equal parts analytical and artist and thrives most on overcoming challenges. He has lived in Tribeca for over 22 years and wakes up every morning feeling lucky to be able to do something he loves for a living. Over the past several years alone Todd has headed sales for several new developments with sellouts totaling more than $250 Million dollars.


Co Founder, Susanne V. Columbia has been a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker for 17 years and is a member of the exclusive Compass Sports and Entertainment Division. For some, real estate is learned but for Susanne she has a natural instinct for real estate. This is evidenced by the fact she has been ranked among the top 1% of agents every single year since she started. Part hand holder, and part expressive Susanne has forged many strong relationships with both other real estate brokers and with her loyal repeat client base. For Susanne, giving clients personal attention and truly understanding their needs is the foundation to her long and successful track record. Happily married to a composer/playwright, Susanne and her husband are contented TriBeCa residents who’ve lived in many Downtown enclaves over the years. She is currently restoring a farmhouse in Washington CT to enjoy in her downtime.
